Prof. Ece Baban

Prof. Ece Baban earned her bachelor’s degree in 2002 from Marmara University’s Faculty of Communication, Department of Public Relations. The same year, she began her academic career as a Research Assistant in the Public Relations Department of the Faculty of Communication at Marmara University. After completing her master’s and doctoral studies at the Institute of Social Sciences at Marmara University, Baban studied political communication in Germany through the DAAD Scholarship for Outstanding Achievements.

Prof. Ece Baban has been working at Fenerbahçe University, Faculty of Communication, Public Relations Department since 2018. Researching both the disciplines of Communication and International Relations, Ece Baban’s research focuses on communication strategies, security and communication, diplomacy, terrorism and the media, international relations, and perception management.
