Dr. Koert Debeuf

Dr. Koert Debeuf is Distinguished Adjunct Professor Middle East Studies at the Brussels School of Governance. He is also a Research Fellow at the Centre for the Resolution of Intractable Conflict at Harris Manchester College, Oxford University and Geopolitical Advisor at Avisa Partners. Debeuf is former Special Advisor, Speechwriter and Spokesperson of the Prime Minister of Belgium and a former Editor in Chief of the EUobserver. His book “Tribalization. Why War is Coming” (2018) was translated into Arabic and Japanese. He is a regular contributor to international newspapers and TV Channels.
