Assoc. Prof. Erman Akıllı

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erman Akıllı is a faculty member in the Department of International Relations at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, specializing in international relations with a focus on foreign policy, Soft Power, Cultural Diplomacy, Public Diplomacy, Humanitarian Diplomacy, Digital Diplomacy, and Metaverse Diplomacy. He has been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of International Relations at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University since 2013. He has published numerous articles, monographs, edited books, book chapters, and conference papers, and is the chief editor of two upcoming books to be published in 2023 by Routledge and Palgrave MacMillan. He has also been invited to speak at public universities and state bodies, including the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye’s Directorate of Communications on topics related to public diplomacy, relief diplomacy, and humanitarian diplomacy. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Akıllı serves as editor-in-chief at the “OSCE Academy” in Kyrgyzstan and book review editor for the journal “Insight Turkey.”
