Javid Musayev received his bachelor and master’s degree in the program of International Law at Baku State University.
Musayev served as an attaché at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan between 2004-2006. Currently he is working at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a head of the communication policy sector.
Also he is a Bureau Member of the Committee of experts on the legal aspects of territorial asylum, refugees and stateless persons (CAHAR) of the Council of Europe since 2005.
