About

Mustafa Başkara received his LL.B. from Ankara University in 2013, and his LL.M. in International Shipping Law from Queen Mary University of London in 2016. He continues his Ph.D. in Maritime Law at Ankara University. He was an intern at International Maritime Organisation in 2016. He worked as a research assistant at the Faculty of Law, Social Sciences University of Ankara from 2017 to 2021. Between 2020-2022, he served as an advisor to the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Türkiye. On 28th January 2021, Mr. Baskara was appointed as the CEO of Ankara University National Center for the Sea and Maritime Law.
