Paul E M Reynolds is an independent adviser on international and multilateral relations, security and international economics. He has worked with government ministers and multilateral institutions in 70+ countries worldwide, focusing on conflict-related political, constitutional & economic development. Paul Reynolds was Chief Political Adviser to Coalition Forces in Iraq 2003/4 and adviser to the British Ambassador in Afghanistan 2008/9. He has advised governments, political parties and the UN on international conflict-related issues in the Middle East, Balkans, Russia/FSU, Africa, Eastern Europe, SE Asia and China. In China, Paul Reynolds has worked with the Central Party School and Finance Ministry on economic reforms. Paul Reynolds is also a former professor and MA Course Director at the University of Westminster in London. Paul has written extensively on UNSC reform and on the quality of policymaking processes. Paul Reynolds’s latest publication is The Rise of China; Fresh Insights and Observations (ed). His experience in the Balkans includes working with political leaders in Sarajevo, Banja Luka and elsewhere in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the wars of the 1990s. Paul Reynolds supported the World Bank on handling the ethnic-Albanian exodus from Kosovo, and worked for the PM in Croatia, the DPM in Crna Gora, and in North Macedonia.
