Challenges on the Governance of Global Security: Nuclear Proliferation, Technology, Energy and Environment
In the 21st century, new threats, especially with the developments in technology, the increasing competition in the energy field and environmental problems of developed countries have led states and other international actors to cooperate, develop new strategies, and conduct dialogue and negotiation processes in order to ensure international security. In the panel to be held in this context, it is envisaged to discuss issues such as the proliferation of nuclear weapons, which are among the biggest challenges facing the global security management, the threatening aspects of technological developments, competition in the field of energy and increasing environmental problems.
